1. Time Attendance Solution by Proximity Card Introduction: In the time before, when people don’t know clearly about the automatic time attendance, they usually use the time attendance method by hand or mechanic. Hence, it takes a lot of time and there is non effective when happening too much such of incorrections and mistakes. Time is gold, each wasted second is the damage of enterprises. We designed the Automatic Time Attendance Solution by Proximity card to provide the usefulness, the effectivity for you. It’s very easy to use. In order to satisfy every customers, we have a lot of correlative products. Technical description:The Automatic Time Attendance system includes: Employee cards, equipments and software. Employee cards: such as barcode card, magnectic card, contactless card. Nowaday, almost of our customers are using Proximity card (contactless card) ‘cause of its effectivity: being able to print directly images and informations onto card, needn’t contact with reader, just hang nearly, so it’s very steady, you can use cards till about 10 years.
Hardware: include reader and other equipments. The kind of reader must be correlative with kind of card you used. There are many kind group of reader origined from a lot of countries could satisfy every your demands: Fullsize RS232: connect to PC directly, no memory, originality: Taiwan or Magtek-USA. Used for small enterprises with the little amount of employees and the computer is near the door. This kind of reader can be also used for restaurants, clubs to manage members and loyal customers. Readers with memory (RAC 800, PP 6750, PP3760,… - Taiwan): LCD display time, card number,..; can operate online or offline (offline: not connect with PC, every data will be saved in the reader and be transfer to PC when turned on ) TAS ( time attendance system) software: update employee’s information, define and distribute work time and holidays. It can download data from reader to PC by text files and deal with data to send out the reports. Kinds of reports: - Employee information report - Access control daily report - Absent report - Late-in / soon-out report - Over time work report - General time attendance monthly report. Estimate for this solution: Base on the amount of cards used. The more amount of card be used, the more of cost you must pay. The amount of reader depends on the amount of employees. We advise you should use 1 reader per 200 employees. If the distance between reader and PC is over 12 metres, you should use converter. Built-in RS-232 / RS-422 / RS-485 Terminal Register. High speed data transfer function. In case of usually changed employee, we advise that you should use deep proximity cards. You can set the images on and load out when that employee be changed. |
